Rice Fusion in Augsburg

We have already been there in the summer and absolutely loved it. Today we ordered during the lockdown and of course we didn't expect the same quality. We were taught better: the spring rolls were hot, cross and delicious. The vegetables were crisp, even the salmon fillet was fresh and tender. In summary: simply perfect !! That the food is at the front door to the minute seems a matter of course with the perfection! Thanks and big praise to the team!

With very fresh ingredients and sophisticated preparation, you get a good selection of light and very tasty dishes. Anyone looking for "Asia-uniform" at dumping prices is wrong here. But if you want to try authentic and high-quality cuisine instead, you will definitely get your money's worth with Rice Fusion. There are pluses for the tasteful interior design and the exceptionally friendly and attentive service staff.

We ordered due to Corona. The dishes were ready on time and very tasty. Only the sauce portions should be a little larger. The staff are extremely friendly.

Today we got a super delicious, warm, fresh and wonderful meal. Thank you, it worked out great and was really good. Stay healthy.

Excellent restaurant, extremely friendly staff. The special note can be tasted in every dish. The drinks are unusual, but not too over the top either. The menu does not have to be studied for 3 hours because it has 40 pages. As a native of Augsburg, I can confirm that the restaurant is the best Asian-Vietnamese cuisine in Augsburg.

I was skeptical at first when this restaurant was suggested for our meeting. I was afraid of paying nice food (instead of good food) for modern surroundings. I was teached a lesson. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the waiter was super nice and accommodating. But the most important thing: the food was outstanding!

Wonderful, cozy ambience to feel good - very successful interior! Absolutely friendly, also child-friendly, and courteous service - we kept asking whether everything was right, whether it tasted good, whether we wanted anything else. We were just a little hungry and ordered the 01 soup with flat rice noodles, chicken and coriander as a starter. This tasted very good, the size would perhaps even be enough for some (or rather: one) as a main course. We found the Pepper Chicken (33) with chicken fillet, lots of wok vegetables, delicious sauce and fragrant rice absolutely delicious! I can also recommend the edamame, which is appealingly seasoned with salt and chilli flakes. The drinks menu has very creative drinks, e.g. B. "Rose Gesha", a cold drink with rose tea, lime, hibiscus, aloe vera and fresh raspberry, which I thought was great. We have never eaten so good Asian food in Augsburg with such a successful atmosphere and excellent service. We will definitely come back here!

Very tasty and extremely attentive and nice staff. The food was really outstanding. It is served very nicely and tastes very good. Outside on the terrace, there was almost a little holiday feeling. The interior is also very tasteful and of high quality. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back.

I was here with family. The environment is nice and the food is delicious. We don't have to wait for very long to get our food. The experience is simply great and other family members are also very satisfied.

A really nice restaurant in the city center next to the police with a cute little beer garden. Everything is lovingly decorated. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. And the food was really delicious. Everything fresh, without gluamate and the portions sufficiently large. The prices are perfectly fine. I definitely have to go there again.

Good food, service good

Dear Rice Fusion, I left a one star rating and you have taken the bizarre action of calling it a fake review. How unusual, are you in the practice of labelling all unhappy customers as 'fakes'? I I will now proceed to let your clientele know exactly what happened to me at your restaurant last Saturday evening. I booked a table for two and received a confirmation. When I came to your restaurant, the waiter said he couldn't find my reservation. When I insisted, he told me I was no longer welcome there. He said his boss had instructed him not to serve me because I hadn't left a tip (trinkgeld) on previous occasions. He then asked me to leave. I was not alone, I was with someone who can confirm my version of events. Even more shameful for your restaurant is that every member of the waitstaff including the barman watched as I was publicly shamed. There is absolutely nothing fake about this review. You might bully the people who leave you one star ratings, but Augsburg is a small town, and people talk. I doubt very much that my little town will condone your bad behaviour.

I visited rice fusion just before Christmas and it seemed like a nice place however the customer service was cold ? you would expect better hospitality from an Asian restaurant?! Food is very mediocre for the price you pay and not at all authentic Vietnamese. Going by the other reviews it definitely doesn’t sound like they know anything about customer service either so i would definitely recommend you avoid this place and go somewhere else as there are so many nicer places in this beautiful town.

Horrible treatment of a customer who was loudly and publicly shamed while everyone was eating there, saying that the restaurant owner refuses to serve them because apparently they didn’t leave a tip in a previous visit. Disgusting and despicable arrogance from Rice Fusion. Many places have “mandatory” tipping simply added automatically to the bill. I suggest Rice Fusion do this in future if it’s that important to the owner and staff.

Unfortunately a truly bad experience. Not only was the staff unfriendly and unsupportive when it came to recommendations, they turned also out to be misleading. On top of the really bad customer experience the food was tasteless, dull, and not at all authentic. I didn't know that rice noodles with some pieces of salad immersed in soy sauce is worth 14 bucks... The two stars are driven by the great ambience, with thoughtful interior and a consistent style.

Deliciously, freshly made asian cuisine. We were there on a Friday night and it was really crowded The restaurant is quite small, so the noise level can get loud. Our servers were friendly, courteous and attentive. Reservations highly recommended.
